Roofing Sales Representatives

THUD Roofing is hiring 2 Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a true eat-what-you-kill sales position. We provide training, support, and opportunities — you bring the drive.

What We Offer

  1. 10% uncapped commission on all sales

  2. $75,000–$150,000+ potential annually(not guaranteed)

  3. Top performers closing multiple projects per week can earn well into six figures

  4. Company vehicle provided after 90 days for qualified team members

 What You’ll Do

  1. Meet with homeowners

  2. Perform roof and exterior inspections

  3. Generate estimates and proposals

  4. Follow up with prospects

  5. Guide customers through the roofing/restoration process

  6. Build relationships and close projects

  7. Generate leads through door to door sales, social media, and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Valid driver’s license

  2. Reliable transportation during your first 90 days

  3. Strong communication skills

  4. Self-motivated and competitive

  5. Coachable and willing to learn

  6. Roofing experience is a plus, not required

  7. Sales experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
