One qualifying repair per membership year, up to $999 in value. If your repair exceeds $999, you simply pay the difference.

ANNUAL HOME EXTERIOR INSPECTION
Once every year, THUD will perform a comprehensive inspection of your home’s exterior. We’ll look for potential issues involving your roof, gutters, siding, flashing, and other exterior components so small problems can be identified before they become expensive repairs.

STORM RESPONSE
When severe weather affects your area, THUD will deploy to impacted neighborhoods to look for potential storm-related damage. We’ll help identify damage that may not be obvious from the ground, mitigate those damages to prevent them from getting worse free of charge, and bring potential issues to your attention before they turn into larger problems.

PRIORITY SCHEDULING
When you need THUD, HomeShield members move to the front of the line. Whether you need an inspection, repair, maintenance, or another eligible service, members receive priority scheduling based on availability.
